Of course, you can not get rid of twenty bored pounds in such a short period of time, but you can say goodbye to a few of them. And this will be the first step to defeating yourself.

What will you need on the way to the perfect appearance? First, willpower. Forcing yourself to go to the fitness center is not easy, but believe me: every time you perform exercises will be easier, and training will become your habit. And secondly, proper nutrition. To be the owner of a slender figure, you need twice a year to unload your body, throwing out of the refrigerator all the fatty, fried, and floury.

For a month you have to forget about meat. If you want the body to become more fit and healthy, then refuse at least for the duration of the diet of cigarettes, alcohol, and coffee. This is the perfect energy breakfast for those who are on a diet. To make oatmeal really tasty, you need to use a lot of water. Then the dish will come out creamy and homogeneous. If the porridge becomes too thick or pasty, no matter what you add, you will not achieve a good result!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup chopped and soaked almonds
4 cups filtered water
1 cup ivy oats
2 tbsp raisins
1/4 teaspoon crushed cardamom
1/4 teaspoon fragrant pepper powder

1 banana, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup organic whole milk or cream
2 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation:

1. Put the almonds in a glass, pour filtered water overnight. Drain, peel, and chop.

2. In a medium-sized pan, pour three cups of water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stirring constantly, add the oats and then the raisins and spices.

3. Reduce heat and simmer, occasionally stirring, until the consistency is homogeneous and creamy, for about 7-9 minutes.

4. Serve in a peel with cream or milk, as well as maple syrup.

Tip: Rice or soy milk can be used.

Brussels Sprouts with Pumpkin and Almonds

Ingredients:

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 tbsp tamari sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup or brown rice syrup

Preparation:

1 . Steam the nutmeg until softened (but don’t boil!). Transfer to a bowl.

2 . Steam the Brussels sprouts and add them to the pumpkin.

4 . Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, add them to the vegetables, sprinkle with almonds, and mix well. Salt.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon sunflower oil
Pieces of leeks 7.5 cm long.
1 small green pepper. Divide into 4 pieces, peel from the seeds, and thinly slice
1 round aubergine. Peel and cut into thick slices
2 courgettes, cut into thick slices
3 ripe tomatoes. Peel the seeds and roughly chop
1 finely chopped garlic clove (optional)
2 teaspoons dry oregano
1 teaspoon dry marjoram
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
115g organic, fresh creamy goat cheese. Cut into slices

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

2. Heat the oil over low heat in a saucepan. Add leeks, peppers, eggplant, and zucchini. Simmer, frequently stirring, for about 5 minutes.

3. Add tomatoes, garlic, oregano, marjoram, salt, and pepper to taste.

4. Transfer the mixture to the mold, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.

5. Remove from the oven and remove the lid. Heat the roaster.

1 large chopped tomato
1 avocado, diced
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon ground cumin
A pinch of ground cinnamon and coriander

Preparation:

1 . If you use dried legumes, soak them for 5-8 hours, drain the water and rinse the grains. If you can, separate them from the pouring and rinse. Boil all three types of legumes together by following the instructions on the packaging. Then drain the water, transfer the beans to a bowl.

2 . Allow the beans to cool slightly, then add the remaining ingredients and stir. Allow the salad to infuse for 15 minutes. If desired, salt to taste.

Papaya Smoothies with Carrot Juice

Papaya, like carrots, helps to lower cholesterol levels in the blood. This diet can be a useful addition to your breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients:

1 cup diced papaya
1/2 cup carrot juice
1 banana
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation:
